Dynamic Messaging Signs (DMS) were installed on National Harbor Blvd to help direct traffic when traveling in the area and alert them to any issues in the area. Traffic Systems and Technology supplied a pole mount cabinet, cabling, and the message sign. Art Display Co built the box our sign is in (including the top static message) and installed everything on the structure.
